汉语进修生 Chinese Language Program

年满16周岁，身体健康的外籍公民。

Foreign citizens  over 16 years   old and in good health.

1.报名费260元人民币；

   Application fee : 260yuan RMB

2. 填写哈尔滨工程大学在线申请系统：http://issp.hrbeu.edu.cn

 HEU Online Application: http://issp.hrbeu.edu.cn, please fill in the application carefully, submit application materials, and print   application   form

3.本人护照复印件。

2．经审查合格，学校发给《哈尔滨工程大学外国留学生录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW 202表）。

 If you are  accepted by HEU, HEU will send you an ‘HEU Admission Notice’ and   ‘Visa Application for Study in   China’). With both documents,   applicants can apply for an X visa (student   visa) in the local   Chinese Embassy/Consulate.

3．申请者持上述入学材料前往中国驻所在国使领馆办理来华签证,并按学校规定的日期到校报到注册。

3. Please register   at HEU in time with   

§Original   Records of Physical Examination or take   physical examination in Harbin

(Blood Test  Result, ECG, and X-ray Film are required),

§‘HEU  Admission Notice’,

长期： 7000元人民币/学期     

Long-term:   7000yuan RMB /semester；

短期班： 800元/1周；1400元/2周；1800元/3周；2100元/4周

Short-term: 800yuan RMB/1week; 1400yuan RMB /2 weeks; 1800yuan RMB /3 weeks; 2100yuan   RMB /4 weeks

一对一教学：150元/人・学时  

One to One teaching  150 yuan RMB /one person・one hour

（必修）综合、听力、口语、视听、阅读、写作、语法

(Compulsory) Listening, Speaking, Video Class, Intensive Reading, Extensive   Reading,   Writing, Chinese Culture

（选修）HSK辅导、文化讲座、中国歌曲、古筝、初中级英语

 (Elective) HSK  Lessons (Reading, Grammar, Listening,  Comprehensive Lessons)  

Calligraphy, Chinese Drawing, Taijiquan (Martial Art),   Survey of China, Contemporary Chinese Literature, Guzheng (Chinese Instrument)

入门班（A）、初级班（B）、中级班（C、D）、高级班（E、F）

Beginner’s Class (A), Elementary Class (B),

Intermediate Class (C and D), Advanced Class (E and F)

每班不超过15人

There will be 15 students maximum in each class.

修满规定课程，经考试合格后，学校发给结业证书。

If students pass all the examinations at the end of the studying. The students will be 

awarded a Graduation Certificate.

收费标准

Fees

长期: 600元人民币/人·月; 短期: 25/人·天

long-term: 600yuan   RMB /room per month;

short-term: 25yuan RMB /room per day

就   餐

Meals

公用厨房，也可到学生食堂就餐,大约30元人民币/人·天

Public kitchen or to Dining Hall(Chinese food), about 30 yuan RMB per day

保   险

Insurance

留学生需在中国参加保险，保险费为800元人民币/人·年；400元人民币/人·半年

All the students should buy insurance in China, 800 yuan  RMB per year a person;

400 yuan RMB for 6 months a person.

杂   费

Miscellaneous

 押金（Deposit）：500yuan   RMB (refundable)；

 被品（bedding）：460yuan RMB/set (Degree student only)

 水电费：每个月约80-100元；不足一个月时，每天每人5元

 Fees  of Electricity and Water: about 80-100 yuan RMB per month;5 yuan RMB per day   per person, when the residence duration is less  than one month.

宽带费（Internet）： 每月40元（40 yuan RMB per month）

备注 NOTE: 20元初装费 (20 yuan RMB  for installment)
