From November 16 to 18, 2017, the 19th annual meeting of University Foundation Forum of China was held at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. HEU Education Development Foundation received the honor "excellent foundation of National University Foundation in 2016-2017", and secretary general GUO Feng was honored as "advanced individual of National University Foundation", which made HEU one of the few universities to win both awards.
The meeting was sponsored by the University Foundation Forum of China, and was undertaken by the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences Education Foundation. Leaders of the China Association of Higher Education, the China Social Organization and China Charity Alliance, as well as more than 400 representatives of nearly 200 universities' foundations attended the meeting.
At the display of the foundation's work during the meeting, the HEU Education Development Foundation and other 41 foundations from different universities reported their work, which was fully affirmed by the China Association of Higher Education and the China Social Organization.
