哈尔滨工程大学坐落于美丽的松花江畔——北国“冰城”哈尔滨市，其前身是著名的“哈军工”，始建于1953年。学校是“211工程” 首批建设的全国重点大学，并进入国家“985工程”优势学科创新平台项目建设，设有研究生院和国家大学科技园。哈尔滨工程大学设有中国政府奖学金、孔子学院奖学金，以及哈尔滨工程大学外国留学生奖学金。哈尔滨工程大学汉语水平考试（HSK）考点作为孔子学院奖学金推荐机构之一，具有推荐资质。
Harbin Engineering University (HEU), founded in 1953, is located in Harbin, Ice City, near beautiful Songhua River. HEU is one of the first key universities in the national 211 Project (to set up 100 national key universities in 21st Century) and the key construction on the Specific Disciplines Innovation Platform (belongs to national 985 project), and the first batch of key constructed universities in China having graduate school. HEU is one of the key universities with Chinese Government Scholarship and Confucius Institute Scholarship for international students, and provides HEU scholarship for international students. The HSK proficiency test site in Harbin engineering university is one of the recommended institutions have the qualification to recommend the Confucius Institute Scholarship.
申请条件Application Requirements
1.非中国籍人士。
2.身心健康，品学兼优。
3.有志于从事汉语教育、教学及汉语国际推广相关工作。
4.年龄为16-35周岁（统一以2020年9月1日计）。在职汉语教师放宽至45周岁，本科奖学金申请者一般不超过25周岁。
1. Non-Chinese citizens.
2. In good Physical and mental condition, well performed both academically and behaviorally.
3. Aspired to take future careers on the teaching or international promotion of Chinese language.
4. Between the ages of 16-35 on September 1st, 2020. Applicants currently worked as Chinese language teachers shall not exceed the age limit of 45, while undergraduate students shall not exceed the age limit of 25.

备注Remarks：
1.一学年研修生不录取在华留学生。
Applicants currently studying in China are not eligible to apply for the one academic year scholarship.
2.一学期和四周奖学金不录取护照上有X1，X2签证者。
Applicants withholding visas X1 or X2 are not eligible to apply for the one semester and four weeks scholarship.
三、资助内容Scholarship Coverage
孔子学院奖学金资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费（四周奖学金生除外）、综合医疗保险费。其中，生活费标准为：本科生、一学年和一学期研修生人民币2500元/月。
Scholarship coverage includes: tuition, accommodation fees on campus, monthly living allowance（except for four weeks scholarship）, and comprehensive insurance for foreign students studying in China. Monthly living allowance is 2500 Yuan per month for undergraduate students, one academic year students and one semester students.
三、申请流程Application Process
1. 申请人在网上申请前须联系、确定推荐机构，推荐机构类型有：

申请人登陆孔子学院奖学金网站(http://cis.chinese.cn)，注册个人账号，在线填写、提交《孔子学院奖学金申请表》。并登陆哈尔滨工程大学留学生报名网站（issp.hrbeu.edu.cn），提交申请表。
Applicants can log on to the Confucius Institute Scholarship website at http://cis.chinese.cn, set up an individual account, complete and submit the Confucius Institute Scholarship. And log in the website of International Student Application of Harbin Engineering University (issp.hrbeu.edu.cn) and submit the application form.
3. 在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果。
Applicants should submit the application materials online, pay attention to the application process, audit opinion and scholarship evaluation results.
4.获奖者与我校确认来华留学手续，在线打印奖学金证书。
Confirm the procedures for studying in China, online printing scholarship certificate after successful application.

四、 材料清单Application Documents
1. 护照照片页扫描件，未满18周岁的申请者，须提交在华法定监护人署名的委托证明文件。
Photocopy of passport photo page. Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit relevant legal documents of entrusted legal guardians in China.
2．HSK、HSKK（口语）成绩报告（有效期两年）。
Photocopies of HSK、HSKK score reports（valid for two years）.
3．最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）,在校学习成绩单。
Notarized highest education diploma attained（scheduled graduation proof）, academic transcripts .
推荐机构负责人的推荐信。
Reference letter that signed by head of the recommendation agency.
在职汉语教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。
The Chinese teacher shall submit an incumbency certificate issued by the employment agency and a letter of recommendation.
