Requirements

硕士:身体健康，具有相关专业学士学位，HSK达到一定水平的外籍公民。

Master: Foreign citizens, in good health, a  Bachelor Degree in related courses.

 (注：英语授课生不要求HSK成绩)

 (Note: no HSK requirement, if applicant  apply for classes in English)

申请材料

Application   Documents

1．报名费: 400元人民币。

1.   Application fee : 400yuan RMB

2．填写哈尔滨工程大学在线申请系统：http://issp.hrbeu.edu.cn

   HEU Online   Application: http://issp.hrbeu.edu.cn, please fill in the application carefully, submit   application materials, and print application form

3．护照复印件；

3. Passport copy

4．新HSK5级以上(含5级)证书或者旧HSK6级以上(含6级)证书；

4. Certificate of HSK (New HSK band 5 or Old HSK   band 6 or above)

5．经公证的比本人申请学历低一级的学历证书、学位证书及相应学习成绩单；

5. Notarized transcripts and Bachelor or Master Degree  Certificate or above

6．原所在学校本学科两名教授的推荐信。

6. Recommendation letters from two professors or associate  professors

7. 硕士生需提供不少于800字的研究计划。

  Master should offer study plan with 800 words at least.

Procedure

1.填写哈尔滨工程大学在线申请系统：http://issp.hrbeu.edu.cn

   HEU Online   Application: http://issp.hrbeu.edu.cn, please fill in the application carefully,

    submit application  materials, and print application form

2．经审查合格，学校发给《哈尔滨工程大学外国留学生录取通知书》《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》。

2. If you are accepted by HEU, HEU   will send you an ‘HEU Admission Notice’ and ‘Visa Application for Study in   China’). With both documents, applicants can apply for an X visa (student   visa) in the local Chinese Embassy/Consulate.

3．申请者持上述入学材料前往中国驻所在国使领馆办理来华学习签证,并按学校规定的日期到校报到注册。

3. Please register at HEU in time with   

Original   Records of Physical Examination or take physical examination in Harbin

(Blood Test   Result, ECG, and X-ray Film are required),

‘HEU Admission Notice’ and ‘Visa   Application for Study in China’

学费

Tuition Fee

硕士（中文授课）：27000元人民币/学年  

Master: taught in Chinese:  27000yuan   RMB /year

硕士（英文授课）：33000元人民币/学年;

Master taught in English:  33000yuan RMB /year

证书授予

Certificate

凡通过规定课程考试和论文答辩者，学校发给硕士毕业证书和相应的学位证书。

The same course requirement as  Chinese Students. The student who passes all the course

exams and Thesis Defense  will be awarded a Master Degree Certificate and a Graduate  

Certificate of HEU.
