申请条件

Requirements

年满18周岁，身体健康，具有相当于中国高中毕业或高中以上学历，HSK达到一定水平的外籍公民。

Foreign citizens: Over 18 years  old, in good health, Graduates of Senior High School or above.

申请材料

Application   Documents

1．报名费: 400元人民币。

Application fee: 400yuan RMB.

2．填写哈尔滨工程大学在线申请系统：http://issp.hrbeu.edu.cn  

   HEU Online  Application: http://issp.hrbeu.edu.cn, please fill in the application carefully,

     submit   application materials, and print application form

3．护照复印件；

Passport copy

4．新HSK4级以上（含4级）证书；

Certificate of HSK (at least New HSK band 4)

5．经公证的高中或专科毕业证书、相应学习成绩单。

Notarized transcripts   and graduation certificate of high school or above.

6. 本科生需提供不少于200字的学习计划；

   For undergraduate study   the student should offer study plan with at least 200 words.

Procedure

1．填写哈尔滨工程大学在线申请系统：http://issp.hrbeu.edu.cn

   HEU Online   Application: http://issp.hrbeu.edu.cn, please fill in the application carefully,     submit   application materials, and print application form

2．经审查合格，学校寄发《哈尔滨工程大学外国留学生录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》。

If you are   accepted by HEU, HEU will send you an ‘HEU Admission Notice’ and ‘Visa   Application for Study in China’).

With both documents, applicants can apply   for an X visa (student visa) in the local Chinese Embassy/Consulate.

3．申请者持上述入学材料前往中国驻所在国使领馆办理来华学习签证,并按学校规定的日期到校报到注册。

Please   register at HEU in time with Original Records of Physical Examination or take

physical examination in Harbin

(Blood Test   Result, ECG, and X-ray Film are required),

‘HEU Admission Notice’, ‘Visa Application   for Study in China’.

学费

Tuition Fee

中文授课：汉语言文学专业：16000元人民币/年；其他专业：17000元人民币/年

Bachelor taught in Chinese:  Chinese Language Major: 16000yuan RMB per year;

Other Majors: 17000yuan RMB per year;

英文授课：22000元人民币/年

Bachelor taught in English:  22000yuan RMB per year;

证书授予

Certificate

通过规定课程考试和论文答辩者，学校发给本科毕业证书和学士学位证书。

The same course requirements as Chinese Students. The student who passes all the course exams and Thesis Defense will be awarded a Bachelor Degree Certificate and a Graduate Certificate of  HEU.
