HEU has 65 undergraduate majors，41 discipline authorized to offer Master‘s Degree Programs and 16 discipline authorized to offer Doctoral Degree Program. Based on ESI Engineering ranked top1‰ globally，and Material Science, Chemistry，Computer Science ranked top 1% globally. According to discipline evaluation by the Ministry of Education，Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering got“A+”and Control Science and Engineering got“A-”.The master's majors that can enroll international students are detailed in the following table：
