Ⅰ 简介
INTRODUCTION
哈尔滨工程大学始建于 1953 年，是中国首批“211 工程”重点建设高校，经教育部批准设立研究生院，是国家优势学科创新平台项目建设高校，是首批入选“卓越工程师教育培养计划”高校，国家“双一流”建设高校。
哈尔滨工程大学专业以理工科为主，工理管文协调发展，其中，船舶与海洋工程学科排名第一，核科学与技术学科在中国学科排名位于第三，控制科学与工程学科位于第六。学校坚持高水平对外开放合作，广泛开展国际间学术研究、教育合作和人文交流，引进海内外优质教育资源，依法依规开展高水平中外合作办学，提升学校的国际影响力和竞争力。目前，在校国际学生人数已超过 1100 人，来自 90 个国家。
Founded in 1953, Harbin Engineering University (HEU) stands as China's national key universities of “211 project", setting up Graduate school approved by China's Ministry of Education, “National Superior Discipline Innovation Platform Project”and listed in the first batch of universities for the “Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program” and “Double First-class” initiatives for universities.
HEU focus on science and engineering, and maintains a harmonious development across other felds including management and humanities. In China, the discipline of Naval Architecture and ocean engineering ranked TOP 1, Nuclear Science and Technology ranked TOP 3 in China, and Control Science and Engineering ranked TOP 6. Ⅱ 申请条件
ELIGIBILITY
非中国籍人士。
Be a non-Chinese citizen;
对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度。
Be friendly to China, have no criminal record, abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of the Host Institution;
身心健康，品学兼优。
Be in good physical and mental health, be in good academic and behavioral standing;
有志于从事汉语教育、教学及相关工作。
Be interested in Chinese language education and related work;
年龄为 16-35 周岁(统一以2024年9月1日计)。在职汉语教师放宽至 45周岁本科奖学金申请者一般不超过 25 周岁。
Be aged between l6 and 35 years on September 1, 2024. The maximum age limit for in-service Chinese teachers may be extended to 45, but those who apply for a scholarship for a Bachelor's degree shall be younger than 25 under most circumstances.

SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE
国际中文教师奖学金资助内容包括:学费、住宿费、生活费(四周奖学金生除外)、综合医疗保险费。
其中，生活费标准为:本科生、一学年和一学期研修生人民币 2500 元/月。
The scholarship supports tuition, accommodation, living allowance (excluding four-week study program students) and comprehensive medical insurance. The monthly allowance for undergraduates, one-year study program students and one-semester study program students is RMB 2,500 per person.
注:奖学金生按接收院校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到，否则取消奖学金资格。
当月 15日(含 15 日)前到校注册者，当月发放全额生活费;15 日以后注册者，当月发放半月生活费。
奖学金生在学期间(不含寒暑假)因个人原因离开中国 时间超过 15 天者，停发离华期间生活费。
Note: Scholarship recipients must register with the university within the period stipulated in the Letter of Admission. Otherwise, the scholarship will be revoked. Students registered before the 15" (inclusive) of the month are entitled to the full allowance of that month, while those who are registered after the 15th are entitled to half of the amount. lf a scholarship recipient leaves China for more than 15 days for personal reasons during the study period (excluding summer and winter vacations), the living allowance during the period of absence from China will be suspended.
Ⅴ申请流程
APPLICATION PROCESS
1. 申请人在网上申请前须联系、确定推荐机构，推荐机构类型有:
Applicants have to contact the recommending institutions before submitting application online as follows:
（1）孔子学院或独立设置的孔子课堂
Confucius Institutes or independent Confucius Classrooms
（2）具有奖学金推荐权的汉语水平考试(HSK)考点
HSK Test Hosting Organization Authorized for Scholarship Recommendation
（3）中国驻外使(领)馆
Chinese Embassies (Consulates)
（4）国外相关教育机构、高校中文师范专业/中文院系
Chinese normal major/Chinese Department of relevant foreign educational institutions and Universities
（5）国外有关中文教学行业组织
Relevant foreign Chinese teaching industry organizations
2.申请人于 2024年3月1日起，登陆国际中文教师奖学金网站(http://www.chinese.cn)，注册个人账号，在线填写、提交申请表。
Online registration will be available from March 1, 2024 on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website (http://www.chinese.cn), set up an individual account, submit application materials online.
3.在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果。
申请人在申请过程中如需:“推荐机构负责人的推荐信”，请与我校联系。
Applicants should submit the application materials online, pay attention to the application process, audit opinion and scholarship evaluation results. Applicant who need the a letter of recommendation during the process, please contact us directly.
4.获奖者与我校确认来华留学手续，在线打印奖学金证书。申请人在申请过程中如需“推荐机构负责人的推荐信”，请与我校联系
The suceessful applicant must confirm with us to go through the procedures of studying in China, print out the scholarship certifcate online.
5.申请开始时间:2024年3月1日

Ⅵ 材料清单
APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
1. 护照照片页扫描件，未满 18周岁的申请者，须提交在华法定监护人署名的委托证明文件。
A scanned copy of the passport photo page. Applicants under 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China.
2. HSK、HSKK(口语)成绩报告(有效期两年)。
A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK/HSKK tests (within the two-year validity).
3. 最高学历证明(毕业预期证明),在校学习成绩单。
A certificate of the highest diploma (or proof of expected graduation) and an oficial transcript:

A reference letter by the head of the Recommending Institution.
5.在职汉语教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。
In-service Chinese language teachers shall provide proof of employment and a reference letter from the employer.
Ⅶ 关于在职教师汉语桥获奖者
POLICIES REGARDING IN-SERVICE CHINESE LANGUAGE TEACHERS AND CHINESE BRIDGE WINNERS
1. 在职中文教师申请各类奖学金，可提供就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信，免提交汉语水平考试(HSK)证书。
In-service Chinese language teachers who apply for various scholarships may provide employment certificates and recommendation letters issued by their employers, and are not required to submit HSK certifcates.
2. 汉语桥获奖者 在各类汉语桥比赛中获得“国际中文教师奖学金证书”者，登录国际中文教师奖学金网站，凭奖学金证 书向目标接收院校提交申请材料。如有问题，请咨询 chinesebridge@chinese.cn。
Applicants who have received the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certifcate during Chinese Bridge competitions may submit their application documents along with their scholarship certificates to the Host Institutions directly at the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website. For any further inquiries, please contact chinesebridge@chinese.cn.

5.入学体检不合格、中途退学、及未经许可不按时报到、休学等情况,取消奖学金资格。
Students who fail to pass the pre-enrolment medical examination, withdraw from school before completing the program, fail to register at the university without prior permission or suspend their studies will be disqualifed for the scholarship.
