III Eligibility

1. Non-Chinese citizens in good health both physically and mentally.

2. Applicants for master’s degree studies must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and be under 35 years.

3. Applicants for doctoral degree studies must have a master’s degree or equivalent and be under 40 years.

4. Excellent academic results in study (75 or above out of 100).

5. Master’s and doctoral degree candidates applying to be taught in Chinese must have reached Band 5 (or above) in HSK Test. Applicants for English-taught programs should submit valid English proficiency certificate (TOEFL 90 or IELTS 6.0 or above).

Living Expenses: RMB 1,500-2,500 per month

Insurance: RMB 800 per year per person; RMB 400 per 6 months per person

Resident Permit: RMB 400-800, collected once upon registration

Physical Examination: RMB 400, collected once upon registration
